and after holding him for one second I knew he was going to
be my boy. Bear has been an incredible puppy; he was potty
trained after about three months, and knows a lot of

fearless, even as a young pup he would jump right in the mix
and play and wrestle with the bigger dogs, and is always the

Feedback: "I am the proud owner of a male chocolate lab from Lonestar K9's.
I've named him Chips. He arrived in California in excellent health, and full of Love
and curiosity. I have a small farm and the freedom (I have dog doors that are
never locked) has him out early in the morning waiting for the chickens to be let
out for the day. His gentle spirit has him laying around with the chickens and
playing with them (they are about his size). Regarding his size, Chips second
visit to the vets show he's 21 lbs and in excellent health. He's my best friend
and waits for me to come home in the evening. My job allows me to come home
several times a day to make sure he's alright and to share hugs and attention.
At bed time he sleeps at my feet, but I awake to cuddling him with his head on
my pillow. A few notes, he learned to use the doggie doors within 12 hours
when he came home, is semi-house trained (well accidents do happen) and
does extremely well with the neighbors children and dogs. Working with
Lonestar K9's has been a joy. They truly care about quality dogs and the
investment in following up to make sure the new owners are totally satisfied. My
Chips is of such good stock my personnel Vet asked me not to neuter him due
to his personality, build, qualities as a chocolate lab and he's just so darn
smart. Oh, he sits, shakes and with one throw of a ball, fetches and returns the
FIRST TIME I threw the ball! I had a chocolate lab that was the smartest dog I've
ever had, but Chips is heads above my dearest past lab Hershey.
